  • Interested Buyers should submit application form along with DD / Cheque of Rs. 50,000 in favour of TIDPL-BSDHBCSL on or before 09-12-2016 at the mentioned address.
  • Allotment of plots will be made through a lottery to be held on 14/12/2016 at Hotel Swosti Premium at 4:00 PM onwards.
  • The Booking amount of Rs 50,000 will be uncashed immediately after the lottery and only for successful applicants.
  • Unsuccessful applicants cheque will not be encashed and will receive within 20 days from the date of lottery.
  • Project will be handed over in 12 months from 1st Installment date with a grace period of three months.
