Interested Buyers should submit application form along with DD / Cheque of Rs. 50,000 in favour of TIDPL-BSDHBCSL on or before 09-12-2016 at the mentioned address.
Allotment of plots will be made through a lottery to be held on 14/12/2016 at Hotel Swosti Premium at 4:00 PM onwards.
The Booking amount of Rs 50,000 will be uncashed immediately after the lottery and only for successful applicants.
Unsuccessful applicants cheque will not be encashed and will receive within 20 days from the date of lottery.
Project will be handed over in 12 months from 1st Installment date with a grace period of three months.
